Top Ten Books I've Read This Year (so far)

Top Ten Tuesday is a wicked awesome weekly meme from the ladies at The Broke and the Bookish.

I have a feeling that this week will see more than the average number of TTT posts with at least a few books over ten. I know my post has thirteen total! But I almost feel like two of them shouldn't count since I put two books each from two different series on the list.

  1. Great list! I loved the Maggie Stiefvater books! And I'm dying to read 'A Desperate Fortune'. Happy Tuesday!

    1. Have you read anything else by Susanna Kearsley? I tend to really enjoy her books anyway, but I couldn't put this one down. I even mailed a copy to my grandma (who is a fellow book nerd) to read!

  2. The Raven Cycle made my list too! I've head so much about The Burning Sky I think maybe I should check it out.

    1. Oh you definitely should! I kept seeing it and passing it over, and I honestly have no idea what made me start The Burning Sky when I did, but I am so so happy I did. The series might be my favorite overall so far.

  3. Ooooh. I really enjoyed These Broken Stars and For Darkness Shows the Stars! Several of these other titles are on my TBR. One of these days...

    1. I tend to avoid the Jane Austen re-tellings, but For Darkness Shows the Stars blew me away - it totally captured the feels of Persuasion in my opinion!

  4. Ack!! The Burning Sky and Perilous Sea!! Oh how I loved those books!! I can't wait to read the final book but at the same time I don't want to read it as then it will be over. And I do hate when series end.

    My TTT is here.

    1. I saw that a few people had it on their list for today, and I am SO JEALOUS that they got advanced copies! I'm a little sad about finishing the series, but I'm hopeful that it will be a satisfying end.

    1. I'm sure you've already seen loads of reviews for PS I Still Love You, but I personally think it's the perfect way to finish Lara Jean's story.
